-therapeutic movements for easing shoulder, neck and jaw tension

-therapeutic posture for grounding and strengthening

-teachings to reveal your personal beliefs, strategies and habits so you can see which are serving you well and which are not

I found Julie through Simple Habit and then progressed to her website here. Her meditations are so helpful and the continuations through the 7 day Self Care Challenge has been invaluable in learning the importance of caring for oneself. Each day is well organized through a series of videos and note taking for thoughts. I never felt hurried, her approach is gracious and kind. Another aspect of this course is a live Facebook feed which I didn't participate in but now realize that it would have been super (I should have made the time for it!!). For those of us with busy lives, always on the go this type of course is a wide awake approach to slowing it down. Julie is a wonderful and intuitive teacher making the daily challenges a very flowing process and allowing time to reflect throughout. Thank you so much and I look forward to taking more courses.
